Watershed District <br />7. Metropolitan Council <br />8. Ramsey County <br />10. Effect of A�rovals. No approval given by the City hereunder shall be deemed to <br />co�ast�tt�te an approval of the Redevelopment for any purpose other than as stated herein. The <br />process outlined in this Agreement shall not be deemed to supersede any concept review, conditional <br />use permit, vacation, subdivision, or other zoning or planning approval process of the City. <br />11. Citv Actions. Redeveloper understands that further and separate action is required <br />with respect to the Redevelopment.
