����� <br />���.� � � � � � <br />Date: 02128105 <br />Item: 3.d <br />proclamation Honoring <br />Jim Mulder <br />Resolution of A reciation <br />pp <br />James Mulder <br />Whereas: the Roseville City Council and staff encourage community participation <br />and thoughtful approaches to the impacts of development within the community and on <br />the environment; and <br />Whereas: Roseville Planning Commission Chair James A. Mulder provided eight <br />years �valuable leadership, insight and government policy experience to the City <br />planning process, as well as a national view of planning concepts; and <br />Whereas: the Roseville planning process places high demands on Commission <br />members' time and energy and Chair James A. Mulder has participated in more than 300 <br />land use cases; and <br />Whereas: Planning Commission Chair James A. Mulder has performed his duties <br />with the highest respect for our citizens, volunteer commissioners and the ethical <br />standards of the City. <br />Now, Therefore Be It Resolved, that the City Council of Roseville, Minnesota hereby <br />expresses its sincere appreciation for a job well done by Chair James A. Mulder and <br />wishes him continued success in his career and all other interests. <br />In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Seal of the City of <br />Roseville to be affixed this 28th day of February 2005. <br />Mayor Craig D.
