Several applicants applied for two or more Commissions. A list <br />of all applicants and their applications is enclosed. Commission terms are scheduled to <br />expire March 31,2005. <br />If you were to allow 10 minutes per interview, it would take you 4 hours and 40 minutes <br />to interview all 28 applicants (10 x 28 = 280 minutes160 min. per hr. = 4 hours, 40 <br />minutes). <br />Human Ri,�hts Commission — Four applicants for three vacancies, two for full terms that <br />expire March 31,2008 and one for a partial term that expires March 31,2007. <br />Parks and Recreation Commission — Ten applicants for three vacancies, two for full terms <br />that expire March 31,2008 and one for a partial term that expires March 31, 2007. <br />Plannin,� Commission — Ten applicants for one vacancy for a full term that expires March <br />31, 2008. <br />Police Civil Service Commission — Two applicants for one vacancy for a partial term that <br />expires March 31, 2007. <br />Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission — Nine applicants for two <br />vacancies, one for a full term that expires March 31,2008 and one for a partial term that <br />expires March 31,2007. <br />
