Twin Lakes — Master Developer seeks Council Review and <br />Approval that the next Milestone within the Contract for <br />Exclusive Negotiation Has Been Completed <br />Mayor Klausing clarified that tonight the City Council would be <br />receiving developer comment and an update on term sheet items <br />to enable the Master Developer, Rottlund Homes, to prepare a <br />refined term sheet for presentation at the March 14, 2005 regular <br />City Council meeting, as per the pre-determined schedule. <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch introduced <br />the topic, noting that the developers would be specifically <br />addressing the items being prepared, as per Council-established <br />agreement and timeline, for the March 14, 2005 meeting. Mr. <br />Welsch noted that the Master Developer, their subcontractors, <br />and their consultants, were prepared to address the following <br />contract requirement items: <br />1.
