Review and comment upon the adequacy of exisring ordinances, including zoning <br />ordinances, to facilitate the Redevelopment. <br />4. Ascertain what approvals will be required from governmental agencies for the <br />Redevelopment. <br />5. Investigate adequacy of uriliries and streets and idenrify required infrastructure <br />cl�anges; also review existing transportation plan to determine adequacy. <br />6.
