Stevens Engineers is pleased to <br />have the opportunity to present a proposal to provide professional engineering services for the reirigeration <br />system repairs and improvements at the John Rose Oval. We have the necessary experience in designing <br />refrigeration systems and ice systems for ice rink facilities to successfullycomplete this project for the City <br />of Roseville. <br />Project Understanding <br />The City of Roseville is seeking an engineering fim� to provide design and other engineering related <br />services for the rehabilitation of the refrigeration chiller vessel and refrigeration system improvements at <br />the John Rose Oval Skating Facility. <br />— The John Rose Minnesota Oval is a skating facility that host <br />— international competitions in addition to sewing the local <br />— skating enthusiast. The 110,000 square foot ice sheet <br />— includes a 400-meterspeed skating track, a bandy rink, <br />— hockey rinks and recreational skating.
