Proj ect P-ST-OS-02
Neighborhoods 32
1NTRODUCTION
This report consists of a detailed investigation of the residential streets proposed for
reconstruction within Neighborlood 32. Neighborhood32 is located north of Hwy 36 and
east of Lexington Ave. The streets in these neighborhoods were selected by the City
Council as part of the 2005 Pavement Management Program.
Street condition ratings are dividedinto three categories: "adequate" (56-l00), "marginal"
(36 to 55) and "problem" (0 to 35). The ratings of the streets in this neighborhood:
Iti i rhd i n Ctur
'hti x irh r '-_- [.ci tic L] :5 ie 1[r a17}'Jk' r3'1111C U Pr7blm
Lovell Avenue- Cul-de-sac to Chatsworth Street ] -]'iullrr, i
For these streets, modifications will be made to the esting storm sewers and additional
leads will be constructed as needed to properly drain the new streets. Both of these streets
are proposed to be reconstructed with bituminous paving concrete curb and gutter, and
appropriate storm sewer.
It is expected that if these improvements are approved, the work will be completed during
the 2005 construction season. The projects were initiated by couczlata#f as part of
Roseville's Pavement Management Program. As outlined by state law, proj ects initiated
by councillstaff require a 415 vote by the City Council for approval.
