�. �� The proposal includes a detailed landscaping plan that will provide trees, shrubs, and <br />perennials in a majority of the newly constructed curb islands, within planters on the <br />plaza and associated with the storm water pond. <br />�r,� PARKING, TRANSIT & TRAFFIC: <br />PARKING: <br />Er. l Rosedale currently has 5,958 on-site parking spaces and the proposal will reduce parking <br />by approximately 180 spaces (after reconfiguration and replacement occur) to 5,779. At <br />the December 20,2004 meeting the City Planner indicated that confirmation of <br />Rosedale's parking requirement was still necessary. Since that date, the City Planner has <br />completed the analysis of Rosedale Center, including the proposed improvements, to <br />confirm a City Code parking requirement of 5,331 on-site stalls.
