Exhibit H Building elevations with dimensions and materials identified (Drawings <br />No. A-3 & A-4), dated March 24,2005. <br />Exhibit I Anticipated site development schedule with estimated date of <br />construction start, construction completion, utility, curb, gutter and <br />landscape installation, and tentative occupancy date, dated <br />, 2005. <br />Exhibit J Signage and Lighting plan for new development dated ,2005. <br />Exhibit K Construction management plan including the identification of construction <br />vehicle access, contractor/sub-contractor access and parking, delivery <br />vehicle access, times and material location, and construction material <br />stockpiles and storage, pavement materials storage, construction fencing. <br />Exhibit L Public Improvement Agreement approved by the City stipulating all <br />requirements, terms, easements, and conditions of public improvements <br />including (but not limited to) any utility, roadway, pathway, and boulevard <br />restoration, dated ,2005. <br />Exhibit M Master Easement Document identifying all easements not included on the <br />lots such as (but not limited to) bus routes, access or drive lanes into and <br />out of the site, cross parking easement, shared parking easement, parking <br />easements, storm water pond easements, etc. dated -- 2005. <br />Exhibit N Snow Storage and Management Plan shall include staging locations for <br />temporary snow storage and the manner in which snow is transferred to <br />the melting machine. No tezza�orary accessory fuel storage tank for the <br />operation of the snow melting machine shall be permitted on premises, <br />dated ,2005. <br />5.0 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT: <br />The CITY conducted a hearing on December 1,2004 (Planning Commission - PUD <br />Amendment and Concept Development Plan). On December 20,2004 the City Council <br />considered the proposed concepts within the Planned Unit Development zone and found <br />the concepts to be consistent with the City Comprehensive Plan and City Code. The <br />CITY agrees to amend the PUD established PUD (December �, 20a2), subject to the <br />DEVELOPER's strict compliance with the approved plans, and terms arid conditions of <br />this Agreement. <br />Minor departures from the approved final development plans, which are consistent with <br />this agreement and the underlying zoning for Rosedale Shopping Center PUD amendment <br />may be approved by the GITX's Development Review Committee and the Community <br />Development Director or designee, as provided in the Roseville City Code (Section <br />1008). Substantial departures from the approved final development plans will require an <br />amendment to the Planned Unit Development in accordance with Sections 1004, 1008, <br />
