<br />OVERALL DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS:
<br />'�, � Mitigation of Impact on Adjacent Uses. All HVAC, mechanical, and energy support
<br />system structures must be roof top mounted and screened from view on each unit or
<br />within an interior mechanical room. For the purpose of this PUD screening shall consist
<br />of integral wall extensions of similar materials to the building wall materials or trim.
<br />'�,'� Storage. Outdoor or e�terior storage of any material, equipment, is prohibited for any
<br />duration including but not limited to: trucks and semi-trailers (except while delivering
<br />goods, services, and materials), boats, trailers, campers, snowmobiles, ice houses, junk,
<br />pallets, debris, inoperable andlor non-licensed vehicles. Temporary storage (piling) of
<br />snow and snow melting equipment shall be permitted in accordance with the snow
<br />storage and management plan (Exhibit N). The installation of sheds or other accessory
<br />buildings is prohibited. Outdoor sales and merchandising and equipment for the sale is
<br />exempt from this requirement (requires seasonal sales and display permit).
<br />��. ][� Site Construction & Security Fencing. The DEVELOPER is responsible for installing
<br />construction or security fencing and for its removal prior to occupancy. The exact
<br />location of the security fence and entrances must be approved by the Building Official
<br />and Fire Marshall, or designees, prior to the issuance of building or excavation permits.
<br />�i. ]] Site Landscaping. Landscaping for the proj ect shall include boulevard trees along
<br />County Road B-2 and Snelling Avenue within Lots 3 and 4, Block 1 consistent with the
<br />Roseville Master Street Tree Plan and trees, shrubs and perennials throughout the site that
<br />enhance the development and break up the building wall mass. Where possible, the
