When looking at Synchro results, some <br />individual movements were reported to have Level of Service (LOS) E and even F. The poor <br />LOS reports were a reflection of the increase in cycle length required to accommodate the traffic <br />volumes rather than insufficient capacity. The SimTraff�c simulation indicates that the system of <br />intersection capacity is capable of servicing the traffic demand.
