Staff inet with the new designer to discuss ways to create an updated look to the <br />newsletter. We wanted to use the Rosevi��e Rose to identify the newsletter with <br />the City. We asked her to give the newsletter a more Contemporary look. We also <br />asked her to suggest lay-out ideas to make the newsletter easier to read. The <br />designer suggested using red, tan and black. The red maintains the tie-in with the <br />Rose and the tan color brings a calm, yet contemporary feel to the newsletter. <br />Council Action Requested <br />Staff requests that the Council select a masthead and design elements from the <br />three option provided, or direct staff to make decisions on the design. <br />
