>> "Amy Ihlan° <amy@briallaw.com> 04/11/05 09:12AM »>
Dear Frank,
We talked after the most recent neighborhood meeting on the Snelling Ave. median crossing
at Oakcrest, and I asked you what the Roseville city council needs to do to get the median
re-opened. Attached is a draft resolution I have put on tonight's Roseville council
meeting agenda for discussion -° I did my best to address all of the items you mentioned,
but would appreciate it if you could review the draft and let me know whether this is what
you have in mind, and whether any additional provisions would be necessary to re-open the
median pending the city's work on an alternative access to the James Addition.
I am bringing this issue before the council tonight because : understand that the County
Road C reconstruction work is beginning. As a practical matter, I think our city staff
and council have already begun the study process you suggested, and I would like the
council to take action as soon as possible to get the median re-opened to alleviate
pressure on the Snelling/C intersection during construction.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Sincerely,
Amy Ihlan
Roseville City Council Member
