A plan of action was developed in which the City would
elore and implement a long-term solution for access into your neighborhood.
A short-term solution was also reached. The Minnesota Department of
Transportationwill temporarily open the median for northbound Snelling Avenue
access into your neighborhood once the City of Roseville passes a resolution to
develop a long-term solution and to having it included in their Capitol
Improvement Program. This temporary opening will be closed permanently when
a new safe access is constructed for ycur neighborhood.
If you have any other questions, please contact Frank Pafko at 65/582-481.
Sincerely,
 _.'ijt-a e_
Carol Molnau
Lt.
