Informal Gathering <br />Residents, Councilmembers and City staff mingled individually <br />and in small groups. Informational displays and brochures <br />related to respective City departments, programs and services <br />were available. <br />��e Formal Meeting <br />Call Roll and Introduce Councilmembers and City Staff <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the formal portion of the regular <br />Roseville City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. He welcomed <br />everyone and led introductions of City Councilmembers and <br />staff. <br />City Manager Neal Beets welcomed all to tonight's meeting and <br />encouraged citizens to communicate with staff via small group, <br />individual contact, public comment, written comment, or through <br />use of the green comment sheets available tonight. <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />Councilmembers Ihlan, Maschlca, Schroeder, Kough and Mayor <br />Klausing.
