At a point in time 3 to 6 months after opening day of <br />the development, new turning movement counts will be collected and a"final" set of timing pians will be <br />generated. For each set of timing plans, six different timing plans will be developed, and, at a minimum, <br />timing plans that cover the weekday morning, mid-day, and afternoon peak periods and the Saturday peak <br />period will be provided.
