City Council Study Session — 05/16/05 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 21 <br />Mr. Sands presented a bench handout entitled, "Request <br />Re: Southeast Comer of Langton Lake Park or Open Space <br />(POS}." <br />Further discussion included creation of the roadway and the <br />adjacent parcel; additional opportunities during the PLTD <br />and TIF' District discussions; and requirement of an earth <br />berm. <br />Mr. Welsch noted that, at previous Council request, the <br />roadway abutting Langton Lake Park had been moved, as <br />agreed upon by the City and developer, 15' further south to <br />create such a berm. <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested clarification on the <br />dumpsters located along the edge of the storm water pond <br />and why the City continued to a11ow them to remain. <br />Mr. Welsch addressed the ownership of the parcel; lessees; <br />and the awareness and continued monitoring by the City's <br />code enforcement personnel, with additional grading <br />planned by the owner of the property. <br />Mayor Klauszng requested that Councilmember Ihlan <br />follow the procedures as discussed earlier in the meeting, <br />directing her concerns to staff to address the perceived code <br />enforcement issues. <br />9.c "Discussion of Accessibility and Content of Twin Lakes <br />Information Available on the Roseville Web Site" <br />Councilmember Ihlan thanked staff for making <br />improvements to the web site related to accessibility and <br />content of Twin Lakes information. <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested that additional <br />improvements and additions be made to the web site: <br />1) Rottlund Proposal and City Council-approved Concept <br />Plan; <br />2) Materials related to the Term Sheet, Pro Formas and <br />public materials on the "subsidy" request; <br />Twin Lakes Info on <br />Roseville Web Site <br />
