2.2 The City record keeping in the 1950s was not always clear. After the Council decision, <br />the Zoning Map was not changed to display this original approval. <br />3.0 STAFF FINDINGS & CONDITIONS <br />3.1 Staff has reviewed the Council minutes and determined that record allowed for the <br />duplexes currently occupying the site. The change in land use was simply not recorded on <br />the City Zoning Map <br />3.2 Staff also concludes that the existing 2 duplexes would meet the requirements of the <br />Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance as R-2 zoned property. <br />4.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the corrective map work. <br />5.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />By motion, approve the request by the City of Roseville Community Development <br />Department to correct the zoning map to reflect the 1958 Council approvals to construct <br />apartments on the sites addressed as 1388 — 1390 Lydia Avenue (i'TD:032923240008} and <br />at 1389 — 1391 Millwoqc�.
