Policv �mplica�ions: <br />The goal of tlxe grant application would be to pez�ait the fire department to employee three full-time firefighters <br />during weel�day, daytime hours to supplement the limited number of part-time staff available during daytime <br />hours. This would provide for consistent daytime staffing, improving the department's effectiveness and <br />enhancing the safety of citizens and firefighters 24-hours a day.
