Planning File 3642: Request by TCF National Bank to Rezone 1445 <br />County road B from �-1, Limited Business District to B-2, Retail <br />Business District. <br />Chair Tzayna�' opened the hearing and requested City Planner Thomas Paschke provide a <br />verbal summary of the project report dated June 1,2005. <br />Thomas Paschke advised that TCF National Bank seelcs approval of a Rezoning of 1445 <br />County Road B to allow redevelopment into a new branch bank. The subject parcel has a <br />Comprehensive Land Use Map designation of B(Business) and an existing zoning of B-1 <br />(Limited Business District). <br />
