At this rime we are requesring a rezoning from � 1 to B2, to accommodate this use. The existing building I�as been removed 'm preparation for <br />new development. The site will include a five-lane drive-up teller area, including one lane for ATM <br />access. 7"lrere will be approximately 28 parking spaces.
