Optimized cycle lengths, splits and offsets. <br />The DEVELOPER shall complete the improvements described above at its <br />cost. <br />fi4 Non-vehicular transportation corridors: The DEVELOPER has agreed to <br />grant to the CITY a Public Trail�ay Easement and Agreement over a 5.00 <br />strip of land adjoining County Road B-2, as described in the PUD Agreement. <br />In addition, private pathways and sidewalks shall be incorporated throughout <br />the site as shown in the plans attached to �le PUD Agreement. The cost for <br />all work related to the private pathways and sidewalks will be the <br />responsibility of the DEVELOPER. Snow removal on all facilities shall be <br />the responsibility of the DEVELOPER. The CITY shall be responsible for <br />long term maintenance and replacement of all public facilities. <br />�:, Erosion control measures shall be constructed in accordance with City and <br />Rice Creek Watershed District requirements including Ramsey County Soil <br />and Water Conservation District Best Management Practices. <br />I�. Hazardous materials clean up as necessary, shall be completed according to <br />acceptable MnPCA standards. <br />3. Develop�uent Plans. The Amended PUD improvements shall be undertaken in <br />accordance with the following plans.
