EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CiTY COUNC�L OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNES4TA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reg�zlar meeting of the City Counci� of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in ihe City Hall in said Ciry on Mo�day, July 1 l, 2005 at 6:00 o'eloc� p.�n. The followi�g meznbers were present: ancl and the foliowing were absent: introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptior�: RE�OLUTION NO. RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF TMPROVEMENT P-ST-05-OG, S. OWAS�4 BOULEV�RD WHEREAS, a resolution o�the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted June 13, 2005 fixed a date for a public hearing on Project P-ST-QS-06, S. Owasso Boulevard and; WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two w�eks published notice was given; NOW THERE�'ORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Cauncil of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisians of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Councii �eld a pub�ic hearing on July 11, 2005, to consider the prapased constructior� of Prajeet P-ST-OS-06, S. Owasso Boulevard, consisting of the instaliation o� sidewalk, biturninous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, watermain replace�nent, at a cost presently estimated atdrainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on alI that �roperty abutting or using S. Owasso Boulevard for access, between Rice Street and Dale Street, as described in #he Notice of Hearin�;s at a cost presently estimated at $2,489,401.22 and substantially in accardance with the pre�izz�inary repor� as to the feasibility thereof wl�ich is now on file in the of�ce of the City Manager; at which ail persons desiring to be �eard were given an opportunity to be hearc� thereon, and having considered the views of aIl interested persnns, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improve�nent shall be constructed and �nanced and that ali streets be constructed substantially as recommended in the feasibility re�ort. The City Engineer is directed to prepare and sulamit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement. The motion for the adoption of the for�going resolution was duly seconded by Schroeder and upon vflte being taken therefln, the foiIowing voted in favor thereof: ancl the following voted against the same: .
