Growing number of non-homestead houses with deferred maintenance. A challenge far <br />single-family residents. <br />When elderly citizens need sel� their homes, correcting deferred maintenance is a problem <br />Flipping of homes is occurring. Roseville is losing young families. <br />Traffic congestion is a problem. Traffic management is needed in residential areas - <br />traffic lights favar comznuters driving through the city. <br />Street lights (standards) needed mid-block to provide more lig3zting on streets. <br />There is debris on majar roads and in vacant lots. This needs to be cleaned up. <br />The community needs to decide if County Road G2 should (orshould not)be through <br />street that serves local busuiesses and neighborhoods and is a connection between <br />Lexington and Hamline. <br />To relieve Josephine of commuter traffic, a better connection to County Road G2 is <br />needed. <br />General or Non-housing Questions%Issues that were raised in larger group discussion. <br />- Does Presbyterian Homes pay taxes? <br />- What is the site �?lan far Presbyterian Homes development at mall on Hamlzne? Can <br />they be sent out to reside�i�s? <br />- Will bus terminal still be at the mall? What will happen to the Park-n-Ride, etc.? <br />- Is there a Roseville transportation map that shows all the transit routes (Metro Transit as <br />well as other providers?) What is the schedule/ route far Circulator? <br />�- Is there a future plan far public transit growth in Roseville? <br />- Population growth is a real issue and we need to seriously plan far growth. <br />- Repair Roseville Oval far next year.
