Environmental Clean-Up Questions 9:00 p.m. CouncilmemberIhlan had submitted a memo dated July 12,2005 for the City Council packet outlining a series of questions raised by a recent Star/Tribune newspaper article dated June 29, 2005 entitled, "Twin Lakes Pollution Problems Slipping By." Staff had provided, as a Bench Handout, a Council Packet addendum dated July 15, 2005, responding to Councilmember Ihlan's questions and providing status reports and facts related to the environmental clean up and remediation in place, or to be implemented as the redevelopment project moves forward. Councilmember Ihlan had additional follow-up questions after her review of staffs response to her questions; and agreed to submit them in writing for a written staff response.
