(A� T), dated June 9, 2005, as modi�ed <br />by the "Worlc Plan Modi�cations," prepared by AET, dated June 20,2005, collectively referred to as the <br />Report. For the purposes of this letter the site refers to Phase I of the Twin Lalces Redevelopment Area <br />which is an approximately 45 acre area that comprises the Cufnrnins, Toll, PIK, and �ndian.�ead parcels <br />and adjacent oF�ce/�va:rehouse properties in Roseville (the Site). Rott�und Homes is proposing to <br />redevelop tl�e Site with a combination of retail, conunercial, and residential development. The Report <br />proposes a supplemental Phase � Investigation in order to develop a response action plan suitable to <br />address both petroleum and nonpetroleuin releases at the Site for the proposed redevelopment. <br />T1a�eport is herebv annroved subiect to the modifications provided in AttaGllrnez�t B. The disclaimers <br />are provided as Attachment A. Please provide the additional requested information described in <br />Attachment B as part of either a Report addendum or supplement.
