The horticulture staff �� ��' � � � .�:t"'"'�F�� � ��� �L''� <br />�4{ } �~'�''�° , - � <br />also did much needed maintenance activities for �- :�. -�-�� ��.. --- <br />� �t�� ;.�J� . <br />our park I D sign plantings and completed the �};�`���,�� .� r���. ---- �.�. �.- <br />installation of the tree nurserar at the arboretum. �'�'l� �"�����''�2�� <br />The horticulture staff also �:I,�y�ky a major role in <br />the Lexington Avenue flower planting both on planting day and with the on-going <br />maintenance of the area. <br />As always we strive to improve efficiencies for all staff and in 2004 we were able to make <br />some much needed equipment purchases for the arboretum in an effort to make the facility <br />more self-sufficient. <br />The horticulture staff continues to be a valuable asset to the department with their training <br />and expertise. <br />�� <br />
