Staff used the media to notify the local <br />skating world that the OVAL was open using natural ice while chiller issues were being <br />addressed. <br />Staff stepped up marketing efforts to promote the banquet/meeting facilities resulting in <br />increased rental revenues. 2004 marked the first year that paid room rentals out <br />performed gratis community use. Banquet management staff attended bridal shows, <br />placed regular advertisements in bridal guides, worked with Roseville Visitors Association <br />staff to promote meeting room availability and pursued non-traditional users, chess <br />competitions. <br />5� — <br />
