Our Mission Statement reads: " The Roseville Parks and Recreation Deparfinent is a function of the City of Roseville organized for the benefit of all citizens of Roseville to p/an, deve/op, promote and supervise a variety of recreation activities and facilities to su�cient quantity and quality to meet community preference and needs and to preserve and enhance the natural resources of the community." " Roseville Parks and Recreation is continually challenged to provide more and better service with diminishing resources. Parks and Recreation staff ineets the challenge by using creatively designed methods that are consistent with the established standards of good government for ethical behavior, environmental protection, fiscal responsibility, legal guidelines and safety practices when operating facilities, running programs and hosting special events.
