The <br />applicant must contain the trailers in designated areas. IV.�e�'itex must use "best <br />management practices" to control dust, snow, spills, fires, and explosions. <br />The applicant must abide by a safetylsecurity plan and subsequent reviews by the <br />Fire and Police Departments, and the �UP is subject to their approval of security <br />and safety improvements. <br />d.
