9.4 Building Setbacks. The height of the SINGLE FAMILY HOMES shall be <br />limited to 30 feet measured from the main (entry) floor level to the midpoint of the roof <br />_ truss. The height of the CONDONIMIUM shall be limited to 52 feet measured from the <br />main (entry) floor level to the midpoint of the roof truss, as indicated on the elevation <br />drawings dated, July 29,2005 and July 9,2004 respectively (Exhibit H). <br />� <br />
