ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING THE <br />ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT 185 <br />MCCARRONS BOULEVARD FROM R-1 SINGLE FAMILYRESIDENCE DISTRICT <br />TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING ZONING OF R-6, <br />TOWNHOUSE DISTRICT & R-3, GENERAL RESINENCE DISTRICT (PF3575}. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) <br />and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of <br />Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF3575, the following property, generally <br />located at 185 McCarrons Boulevard, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned from R-1, Single <br />Family Residence District to: <br />The property being legally described as: <br />Lots I— 5, Block I, McCarrons Guptil Addition <br />Rezoned to Planned Ilnit Development with an underlying zoning of R-6, Townhouse District <br />The property being legally described as: <br />Lot 6, Block I and Outlot'A"McCarrons GuptilAddition <br />Rezoned to Planned Ilnit Development with an underlying zoning of <br />R-3 General Residence District <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development ��.
