EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of August, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Kough, �i;�a. Maschka, Schroeder, Klausing <br />and the following Members were absent: None <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY <br />TODD ILIFF, 1822 DALE COURT FOR A VARIANCE <br />TO SECTION 1004.016 (RESIDENTIAL LOT SI�� DIMENSIONS <br />—CORNERYARD LOT SIZE) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE (PF3655). <br />WHEREAS, Todd Iliff has requested approval of a 892 s.f VARIANCE to Section <br />1004.016 of the Roseville City Code to allow for creation of a new buildable parcel on premises <br />located at 1822 Dale Court, and <br />WHEREAS, the current property is located at 1822 Dale Court, and legally described as: <br />Lot l, Block 1, Weleczki Addition <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 (Residential Dwelling Dimensions — Lot Size) of the <br />Roseville City Code requires all comer lots in an R-1 zone be a minimum of 12,500 s.f in size; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the new parcel proposes a size of 11,608 s.f., creating the need for a 892 s.f. <br />variance, and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed lot size requires a VARIANCE in accordance with Section <br />1013 of the Roseville City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Planner and Planning Commission have concluded that <br />"hardships" are present and support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the <br />Roseville City Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />to approve an 892 s.f: VARIANCE to Section 1004.016 of the Roseville City Code for Todd Iliff <br />and family to allow the creation of a 1 I, 608 s.f. lot at 1828 Dale Court, based on the findings in <br />Section 5 of the project report, finding that Parcel B is buildable even with its odd shape and the <br />RCA PF3655{{�82205} - Page 11 of 12 <br />
