NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION <br />RE REQUEST FOR A MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />1822 North Dale Court <br />.�u�ie 23,2005 <br />Charles and Suzanne Weleczlti are seeking a minor subdivision to split a portion of iheir existing single <br />fa�mily home lot at 1822 North Dale Court such that a second buildable lot will be created. The result <br />will be that the current lot will be split into 2 lots, one to the South with the existing single fa»�iiy home <br />and the second unimproved lot to the North. <br />We have attached a boundary survey showing tl�e dimensions of the lots as proposed to be split. <br />We have also attached a seflematic of a possible footprint of a single faEl�ily E�o�ne structure for the new <br />lot. While it would be possible to construct a uniquely designed single faaniiy home on a buildi��g pad <br />on the new North lot t]Zat would meet all set bacic requirements, the attached schematic shows a possible <br />plan for a n�ore traditional single family home design ll�at would require only minor relaxation of set <br />�acic requirements. <br />
