Minor Subdivision - 1882 North Dale Court
Dennis Welsch
From: Todd R. Ififf [tilifF@taddriliff.com]
Sent: Wednesday. July 06, 2005 $:34 PM
To: Dennis Welsch
Subject: RE: Mmor Subdivision - 1882 North Dale Court
I k;!7i:;x'
Page 1 of I
 4 s .'
As we discussed on the telephone, I will be out of town on August 3, 2005. I could be available to
attend tlZe planning meeting if necessary and I will be there if I need to be. However, you indicated that
perhaps I could write a letter or some other alteriatie to actually attending.
I will plan to touch base with you the last week of July to determine the best course of action regarding
this.
Thank you.
Todd R. I did
not see that notation last week.
This means that the proposed lot and variance for lot size will require approval by the
Planning Commission on August 3, and approval by the Council on August 22.1 apologize
for the miscommunication on my part.
