City Council Regular Meeting — 09/12/OS <br />DRA.FT Minutes - Page 7 <br />City Manager Beets advised that the City had recently <br />received payment of approximately $150,000 from <br />Rottlund for applicable and reimbursable expenses to-date. <br />Mr. Beets further advised that Rottlund would be billed <br />appropriately by the City for additional expenses as they <br />were processed. <br />Councilmember Ihlan spoke in opposition to approving the <br />bills as identified for Krass Monroe; contending the <br />payments were not appropriate under the City's existing <br />TIF Policy.
