REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE: 09/26/OS <br />ITEM NO: 3.g <br />Department Approval: City Manager Approval: Agenda Section: <br />TP/DPW CONSENT <br />Item Description: Request by Love from Minnesota (and owner Scott Roberts) in conjunction <br />with Dunn Bros Coffee for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow a <br />drive-thruwindow and order board on the north side of the structure at 2465 <br />Fairview Avenue (PF3�i72). <br />1_U REQUESTED ACTION: <br />L.1 Love from Minnesota, the prime retail tenant, in conjunction with Dunn Bros Coffee <br />seeks approval of a conditional use permit to allow the installation of a new drive-thru <br />window and order board at 2465 Fairview Avenue. Scott Roberts Trust (owner) must also <br />be a signatory on the conditional use permit. <br />I.� The conditional use permit process for this request allows the City to consider <br />compatibility with adjoining properties; impacts on traffic and flow, noise, fumes, <br />parking, public facilities, and property values; impact on the general health, safety, and <br />public welfare; and compatibility with the City's comprehensive plan. Dunn Bros Coffee for a conditional use <br />permit allowing the installation of a drive-thru window and order board at 2465 Faxarvxew <br />Avenue, subj ect to conditions.
