Dunn Bros Coffee plans to operate a 200[} <br />square foot coffee shop at this location with hours of operation anticipated to be 6 AM to <br />I� PM daily. Dunn Bros Coffee has developed a drive thru systejn using "state of tht <br />art" technology for maxinium speed and efficiency. This technology incorporates a drive <br />thru menu board located at 911[� third car length position with a speaker ordering system <br />located on the menu board. This system provides customers with significantly faster <br />service than a shop with a single order and pick-up window (like we have at t�e Roseville <br />Public Library). Average customer time in drive thru cue is estimated to be 1.5 minutes. <br />Our anticipated highest usage hour is 7:30AM to S:30AM on Monday tl�rou�l� Friday. <br />Our anticipated maxi�num stack during this time is four cars with an average stack of tr�o <br />to three cars. Total estimated number of cars using the drive thru during this time period <br />is 35 to 40.
