Member Bakeman agreed. The diagonal <br />striping and boilards will help. She supported the protective pedestrian walkway. <br />Member Pust suggested reduced parking in front, and more parking in the rear. Member <br />Doherty supported the parking in the rear but was concerned about the emergency or <br />passing lane adjacent to the drive though. <br />There were no comments from the public. Chair Traynor closed the hearing. <br />Motion: Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member poherty, to recommend <br />approval of a conditional use permit allowing the installation and operation of a dri�ae- <br />thru window at Scott Roberts Trust (owner) and Love from Minnesota (main tenant) for <br />Dunn Bros. Coffee (sublease from Love from Minnesota) 2465 Fairview Avenue, based <br />on the comments and findings outlined in Section 6 and conditions outlined in Section 7 <br />(a through g) of the project report dated September 7,2005. <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />
