The submittal of a grading/drainage/erosion/storm water management plan <br />for the site to the Grass Lake Water Management Organization for review <br />and comment and to the Roseville Public Works Department for review <br />and approval. <br />The worship center, excluding the steeple, being limited to a maximum <br />height of 31 feet from grade. <br />The installation of 6 new trees to line the north drive and new landscape <br />beds adjacent the existing and new addition. This proposed landscaping <br />must be submitted in the form of a landscape plan in compliance with <br />Section 1010 of the Roseville City Code and prepared by a registered <br />landscape architect. The plan must be reviewed and approved by the city <br />landscape architect prior to issuance of permits. <br />�_ All HVAC, power generation, and trash storage equipment being screened <br />to meet the requirements of City Code Section 1010. <br />Andrew Rogness, Senior Pastor of Prince of Peace Church, answered questions. Member <br />Pust asked about the sidewalk extension to the south from the church property across the <br />.��i Huberty property to the city park land (part of the pathway plan to connect parks and <br />3� trails). Arne Lucke, project architect explained the need for storage under the main <br />3#� worship center for mechanical, heating, and cistern equipment. <br />�y <br />��J There were no further comments. Chair Traynor closed the hearing. <br />�1 <br />+� �? Motion: Chair Traynor moved, second by Member Bakeman to recommend approval of <br />�; a conditional use permit for Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 2561 Victoria street, based <br />�� on the findings of Section 5 and conditions of Section 6(a through g) of the project report <br />�� dated September 7,2005. <br />�ti <br />
