I Rick Boschee has filed an application requesting creation of a flag lot similar to other flag <br />lots along �.a�eview Avenue. In order to create a"flag" shaped lot, he proposes a narrow <br />(15 foot) driveway access point from Lakeview and a driveway setback of 2.5 feet along <br />the thin portion of the flag lot. In addition, the 15 feet of frontage requires a70 foot <br />variance to the normal frontage of 85 feet. The parcel is in excess of 36,000 s.f. divided <br />into two parcels; one (with 12,000 s,f. of land) and including the existing home and a new <br />garage (west parcel) and the second (with 24,000 s.f of land) for a new home (east <br />parcel) to be occupied by the family. <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />• Application submitted &. determined complete on August 2,2005 <br />• 60-day review deadline on October 2,2005. <br />• Planning Commission: Hearing — September 7,2005 (Approved 6-0) <br />• Anticipated Council Hearing & Action — September 26, 2005 <br />�,� SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />?.'
