City Council Regular Meeting — 09/26/OS <br />�F�� FT 11 i �S u��s - Y�gr 1 I <br />Mr. Paschke noted that an agreement between the applicant <br />and adjacent property owner was pending and most issues <br />had been resolved with drive lanes and potential u-turns in <br />the parking lot or drive lane to get back onto Fairview. Mr. <br />Paschke noted that staff would continue to work with the <br />parties to find resolution and an appropriate design to deal <br />with those issues. <br />Mr. Paschke noted that, upon review of traffic studies, it <br />was projected that there would be 35-40 vehicles per hour <br />utilizing the drive-through during peak hours; and that <br />didn't represent a significant increase to warrant a traffic <br />study to predict future situations; even though some <br />stacking was anticipated during peak times. <br />�9.1] <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, adopted Resolution <br />No. 10337 entitled, "A Resolution Approving a Conditional <br />Use Permit for Love from Minnesota (Scott Roberts, <br />Owner) and Dunn Bros.
