EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the � Oth day of October, 2005, at 6.00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: , and the following were absent: <br />Council member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />I'�YI]�1�[I]�I <br />FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE, <br />VICTORIA STORM SEWER PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on May 9th, 2005, Meyer <br />Contracting, Inc., of Forest Lake, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the improvements <br />associated with Victoria Street Storm Sewer Project. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order <br />for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract <br />shall commence on October 10,2005. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof <br />and the following voted against the same: . <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
