Posting. Every licensee of residential rental property shall conspicuously post a <br />receipted copy of tlie current license (in a frame witli transparent cover) in sucli a manner so as to be <br />easily viewed and readable at or near the front entrance of tlie building for which it was issued. <br />Section 907.20. Inspection Access. Property owners and their agents shall permit, during regular <br />business hours, the compliance officer to inspect all premises governed by this Section to determine if tlie <br />building is operated as a re►�tal property and/or to determine compliance witli tlie provisions of IISr� <br />section, and shall fully cooperate with such inspections. The property owners or their agents shall notify <br />tenants of planned inspections of their rental units. <br />If an owner, occupant, or other person in charge of a dwelling or dwelling unit fails or refuses to per►nit <br />free access and entry to the structure or premises, or any part thereof, for an inspection authorized by this <br />section, the compliance officer �nay, upon a showing that probable cause exists for the inspection or for <br />the issuance of an order directing compliance witli the ins�ection requirements of this section witli respect <br />to such dwelling or dwelling unit, petition and obtain an � y� �:4�r��� ���,1��� �.� and/or an administrative warrant <br />from a court of competent jurisdiction.
