When a structure or equipnient is found hy the code off'ieitil to be unsafe, or when astructure is found unfit for human occu�►ancy, or is found unlawful. such structure shall be conden��zed pursuant to the provisions of this code. 10811 Unsafe structures. An unsafe structure is one that is foundtohedanoerous to the life, hea]th, property or safety ofthc public or theoccupants of the structureby not �ravid-- ing minimu€u safe,�uardstoorotecl or warnoccuoantsin the event of fire, or because such structure contains unsafe equipment or i s so damaged, decayed, dilapidated, sttltctur- ally unsafe or of such faulty constt�uctian or unstable foun- dation, that partial or cosnplet�. collapse is possible.
