The City sent the RFP to 33 law firms and placed an ad on the <br />League of Minnesota Cities website. Eight law firms returned proposals. Chief Carol Sletner, <br />Sgt. Loren Rosand, Sgt. Randy Johnson, Building Official Don Munson and Communications <br />Specialist Carolyn Gurti reviewed the proposals and selected three law firms, Jensen, Bell, <br />Converse and Erickson; Hellmuth & Johnson; and Ratwik, Roszak and Maloney to interview. <br />Staff describes in the table format our evaluation of the law firms interviewed. The evaluations <br />are based on the written proposals submitted by the law firms and the oral interviews that were <br />conducted on September 29,2005.
