EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY. STATE OF MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on October 24,2005 The following members were present: and the following members were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR CONTAMINATION CLEANUP GRANT FOR TWIN LAKES PROJECT, PHASE 1, STAGE 1 BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville act as the legal sponsor for �roject(s) contained in the contamination Cleanup Grant Program to be submitted on November 1, 2005 a�.d that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to apply to the Department of Employment and Economic Development for funding of this project on behalf of the City of Roseville. BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville has approved the Contamination Cleanup grant application submitted to the Department of Err�p�oy��ei�t and Economic Development on November 1,2005 by the City of Roseville for the Twin Lakes Phase 1, stage 1 site. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville has the legal authority to apply for financial assistance, and the institutional, managerial, and financial capability to ensure adequate project administration. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sources and amounts of the local match identified in the application are committed to the project identified. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville has not violated any Federal, State or local laws pertaining to fraud, bribery, graft, kickbacks, collusion, conflict of interest or other unlawful or corrupt practice.
