I Prairie Restorations Inc. is requesting a burn permit to bum the wild growth on the perimeter <br />of the rear yard at the site. This area has not been desi�nated as a Prairie Grass restoration <br />area and is located on private, residential properiy. <br />?_� <br />? .'� <br />;�_+J <br />There have been no previous requests for nor have there been previous permits issued to burn <br />this site. <br />Prairie Restorations, Inc. proposes to have three trained and experiencedpersonnel on site to <br />conduct the bum. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />:�. I It is the recommendation of the staffthat the City Council authorize the Fire Marshal to issue <br />a burn permit to Prairie Restorations, Inc. to conduct the bum at 3092 Fazrviaw aven�e Nort�. <br />for the purpose of maintaining the existing prairie grass and wild flowers on the site. The <br />permit would be for the period of November 14,2005 through November 19,2005. <br />�.�i Suggested City Council Action <br />�, L By motion, authorize the Fire Marshal to issue a bum permit to Prairie Restorations, Inc. to <br />burn the wild flowers and grasses located in the rear yard of 3092 �airview Avenue North <br />conditioned upon compliance with the following stipulations: <br />a� The effective date of the permit shall be from November 14 through <br />November 19,2005; <br />b� The burn shall be conducted by acknowledged experts ; and, <br />�� The permittee shall notify the Neighbors directly adj acent to i�z� properiyand <br />the Roseville Fire Department at least two days in advance of the date of the <br />burn. <br />Enclosure; Letter from applicant <br />
