EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />��x�r������������� <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 1�''' day of November, <br />2005, at 6:Ob p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: none. <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING 2006 SCORE FUNDING GRANT <br />FOR USE IN ROSEVILLE'S RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council is committed to residential waste abatement <br />through its ctzrbs�de recycling program, Clean Up Day, and Leaf Picic Up Program; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to improve Roseville's waste abatement programs and minimize the <br />cost to Roseville residents; and <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has SCORE Funding Grants available for 2006; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager is authorized to submit <br />a grant application to Ramsey County for a 2006 SCORE Funding Grant and that that <br />grant will be used for Roseville's waste abatementprograms. <br />The znotio��. for the adoption of the foregoing resolutionwas duly seconded by Member <br />, and upon a vote being talcen thereon, the following voted in favor thereoi and the <br />following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
