City Council Regular Meeting-101241DS <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 9 <br />that the extensive non-proprietary material was not <br />included in the packet, but was available for Council <br />review. <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, adoption of <br />Resolution No. 10343 entitled, "A Resolution Authorizing <br />the Mayor and City Manager to Submit an Application for <br />Contamination Cleanup Grant for Twin Lakes Project, <br />Phase 1, Stage �;" adoption of Resolution No. 10344 <br />entitled, "Authorizing Application for the Tax Base <br />Revitalization Account;" and adoption of Resolution No. <br />10345 entitled, "A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor and <br />City Manager to Submit an Application for the Ramsey <br />County Environmental Response Fund for Twin �.a��es <br />Project, Phase 1, Stage 1." <br />Councilmember Ihlan noted that she would be abstaining <br />from voting on this item, as she had not had an opportunity <br />to review the supporting materials. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka; Schroeder and Klausing. <br />Nays: Kough. <br />Abstentions: Ihlan <br />4.c (Former Consent Agenda Item �.j} <br />Approve Clarifications to City Code, Section 1005.015 <br />Relating to Major and Minor Vehicle Repair (PF 3686) <br />Councilmember Ihlan questioned the purpose of revising <br />this section of City Code. <br />City Planner Thomas Faschl�e advised that, in discussions <br />with the City Attorney's Off'ice, it was concluded that <br />modification of the uses chart within Section 1005 of the <br />City Code, should be brought into consistency with <br />recently modified sections of City Code definitions and <br />specific text definitions that had inadvertently been left out <br />of the uses chart. <br />Councilmember Ihlan opined her preference for receiving <br />and reviewing the definitions prior to voting on the issue. <br />Clarifications to <br />City Code <br />Section 1005.015 <br />Vehicle Repair <br />(PF 3686) <br />
